Zip Code 94122: $10 delivery fee.
Other San Francisco area: $15 delivery fee.
Daly City: $15 delivery fee.
South San Francisco, Brisbane: $20 delivery fee.
San Bruno, Millbrae: $30

For order more than $1000, delivery is included for the following cities: San Francisco, South San Francisco, Millbrae, San Mateo, Daly City, San Bruno
